Refund Policy

At Perfora, your smile and satisfaction is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.

We understand that oral care is a personal choice and if you are dissatisfied or do not like our products due to any reason, please feel free to write to us for a candid feedback at hello@perforacare.com 

We will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced (non-discounted) electronic product which is non-personalized and which is unopened, unused and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply write to us at hello@perforacare.com and return the products to our address. However, if we pick the products, postage will be charged at actuals and deducted from the refund amount. Please note, we do not offer ANY refund on personalised products. 

The 30 days trial offer is not applicable on products bought during sale and no exceptions will be accommodated in such circumstances.

Our consumable products like toothpaste and mouthwashe once delivered cannot be repackaged or resold due to personal hygiene challenges. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these products.

You can return the products at Nimble Cowork, 3rd Floor, Plot# 250, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122015.

Please do not accept any tampered or damaged order as Perfora is not responsible for damage after delivery. We will only offer warranty on our electric products for damages during delivery, or any internal defects or product failures. Please note no refunds will be processed in case a warranty claim is accepted or in cases of damages. Successful warranty claim makes you eligible for a replacement only. We have a set procedure and SOP that needs to be followed to claim warranty on our products. We request your cooperation on the same.

Please allow us one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. Your refund will be processed once the product has undergone a quality inspection. 

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on hello@perforacare.com or call on +91 9999289288. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.
